Fair is Foul, Foul is Fair

"Fair is foul, foul is fair", a famous line from a Shakespearean masterpiece "Macbeth". This quote or line affects most of us.This quote needs deeper understanding and analysis to understand well. It means a lot for me. There are things that seem or look good but these things may have a quality we do not like or want while there are also things we do not admire but if we look at it inside, these things will surely look good.

This quote is related to our lives. There are people whom you like or admire because of their appearance and how they treat you but be careful, these people can hurt you the most. There are also people  whom you do not like because of what you see in them, their appearance, physical form, penmanship, attitude, and strength but try to look them inside and find yourself as their friend and you will see how they care, love and respect you. Never judge a person without knowing more about them.

This quote surely affects our personality. These people, for us, as Filipinos, can be call as "plastic", they pretend, using their appearance, to earn or gain respect and destroy one's personality. And always look inside and try to analyze everyone's attitude, emotion or feeling towards you. They may be the people who will love and care you as yourself and never leave you. So "Don't judge a book by its cover".

Midsummer Night's Dream (Climax)

For me, the climax of one of the Shakespearean masterpieces, "Midsummer Night's Dream", is when the four lovers were confused of what is happening. Demetrius and Lysander pursued and fall in love with Helena, Helena and Hermia were amazed of it. The two men went out and found a place to fight as well as Hermia who threatened Helena with a physical fight. The lovers quarreled.

Reason:
I think that the climax of the said Shakespearean masterpiece is this because for me, the highest point of arguing is fighting and they fought in the scene. It was also near in falling action so the climax showed the four lovers reached their highest degree and anger and let it came out from their bodies.

Opinion:
The climax is intense and usually contains the highest quarrel or fight in the play so I chose these scenes as my climax.

The Best Way to Forgive is to Forget

Forgive is a thing  we usually do everyday. Forgive the people who hurt you; the people who borrowed your pen and lost it; the people who tease you; the people who make you sad; and the people who did not help you in your assignments, projects and in your problems in Mathematics, Science and languages.
In every mistake we make, failure occurs, we regret for the things we did and blame the other people for not helping you but you forgive them and forgive yourself. The people who hurt you emotionally and physically are hard to forgive. Forgetting the things they have done will help you in forgiving them. But the hardest thing to forgive includes your love life, family and friendship. Forget the things they have done or forget them?
It is very difficult to choose either to forger the things they have done or forget them. Forgetting them? I think you may not easily forget them because they are the persons whom you love, the person who became part of your life and the person who let you feel safe. So these persons are the persons who will be remembered and who will not be forgotten. But there is always a way, try to forgive them but never forget them and the things they have done, let it be a lesson in your life.

Academic Inclined or Sporty Student?

Being a student, I need to concentrate to my academic performances. It simply means that I need to study all of the major subjects in our curriculum. But we all know that every student wants to play, enhance their skills, improve their abilities and mold their talents by joining different physical sports like basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, sepak takraw and swimming and mind games or mental sports such as chess and scrabble.

For me, a student can be academic inclined and at the same time, sporty. I want to learn, to know and to understand everything about our major subjects (mathematics and sciences) for me to have a better life in the future and I also want to mold my physical and mental skills and improve every single part of my body by playing different sports such as basketball and chess. I think both of the performances; academical and sporty will help me in many ways especially for improvement.

Both of them are needed especially by a student like me. Each of them has their own uses or importance to an individual and so if we can be academic inclined and sporty at the same time, we can have a better understanding about our lives, a better mind, a better future, a better body or for short, for improvement.
